OUR STORY In 1986, Charlie Barnard founded a sock store in Kansas City, which expanded into a chain of stores across the country. As other stores sought unique, quality socks and hosiery, Charlie shifted to creating his own leg and footwear products, changing the name to Foot Traffic.
